Congratulations on your acceptance to The Ohio State University (OSU)! We, the international student advisers at the Office of International Affairs (OIA), are looking forward to meeting you upon your arrival. We will be hosting check-in, orientation and activities to introduce you to other students and Ohio State soon after your arrival.
In addition to organizing check-in and orientation for new Ohio State international students, the International Students and Scholars unit within OIA provides advising and assistance with:
- Immigration regulations and paperwork
- Social and cultural adjustments
- Personal and financial concerns
If you need assistance with the following matters, please contact one of the Ohio State Admissions Offices:
- to correct an I-20 or DS-2019 due to an error;
- to arrange to begin at an earlier or later quarter; and
- to ask questions about transfer of courses from previous college or university.
